deploy: 저장소 이름 변경(blog_report -> report) 반영

저장소가 report로 이름이 바뀌면서 배포 워크플로우의 git 주소와 DEPLOY_DIR이 옛 이름을 가리켜 Pull 단계에서 즉시 실패하던 문제 수정
