fix: 구글 검색결과 파비콘 잘림 수정

여백 추가된 favicon.svg 기반으로 PNG/ICO 파비콘 재생성.
로고를 캔버스 중앙 영역에 배치해 구글 원형 마스크에도 안 잘리도록 함.
- sharp/png-to-ico 기반 생성 스크립트 추가 (npm run favicon)
- SVG 파비콘 링크 추가 (최신 브라우저 우선)
