ProjectReposPage 가 .crumb .lnk(accent색)·.sep(여백) 를 로컬로 덮어써 다른 탭과 달라 보이던 것을 제거 → 전역 relay.css 의 crumb 스타일(text-2 링크·opacity 구분자) 을 따르도록 통일. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Type Support for .vue Imports in TS
TypeScript cannot handle type information for .vue imports by default, so we replace the tsc CLI with vue-tsc for type checking. In editors, we need Volar to make the TypeScript language service aware of .vue types.
