로그인 화면 상단 인라인 재발송 배너를 제거하고, 미인증(403) 로그인 시도 시 인증 메일을 즉시 발송한 뒤 /signup?sent=<이메일> 의 '발송 완료' 화면으로 이동하도록 변경. SignupPage 는 sent 쿼리로 진입하면 곧바로 발송 완료 단계를 표시한다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Type Support for .vue Imports in TS
TypeScript cannot handle type information for .vue imports by default, so we replace the tsc CLI with vue-tsc for type checking. In editors, we need Volar to make the TypeScript language service aware of .vue types.
