로그인 호출에 silent 옵션을 추가해 전역 에러 토스트를 끄고, 로그인 화면에서 에러를 직접 처리. 미인증(403)은 토스트 없이 인증 메일 발송 후 발송 완료 화면으로 이동하고, 그 외 자격 오류만 다이얼로그로 안내. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Type Support for .vue Imports in TS
TypeScript cannot handle type information for .vue imports by default, so we replace the tsc CLI with vue-tsc for type checking. In editors, we need Volar to make the TypeScript language service aware of .vue types.
