feat: 할 일 완료 항목 정리 기능 추가

오래 쓴 라벨에 완료 항목이 계속 쌓여 카드가 길어지는 문제를 해소한다.

- 목록 상단에 '완료 항목 숨기기' 토글 — 화면에서만 걸러내고 데이터는 유지
- 라벨 메뉴에 '완료 항목 N개 삭제' — 확인 후 일괄 삭제(DELETE labels/:id/done-items)
- 완료 항목이 없으면 두 진입점 모두 노출하지 않는다
- 숨김 상태에서도 진행 집계는 전체 기준을 유지한다
