feat: 드라이브 연동 전환 운영 마이그레이션 추가

drive_files 에 extracted_text/extract_status 추가, project_attachments 폐기(완전 대체). dev 는 synchronize, 운영은 이 마이그레이션으로 반영 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
